Lesson 3: Threshold concepts For the very first time in my life I heard of a word "threshold" when I attended my Information Literacy in Education class on Tuesday, 22 August 2017.....this was interesting. Welcome to Information Literacy Education LBS707 Here, I will be discussing the weekly information learned from the classroom concerning the history and future of information literacy. As we know it, a lot of us had a bit of struggle in our first year levels at University. We struggled to understand what the Lectures were trying to teach us, never mind understanding the assignment content and all that, HORROR!! The reason for that might have been that our level of understanding was still developing or that we had a bit of challenge with our literacy levels. We come from different backgrounds, we went to different schools, our levels of understanding won't and will never be the same.
